Time Twisters June

January 2008

A happy New Year to all our customers - past, present and future. We wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous 2008 with lots of exercise and healthy eating (so lots of visits to TimeTwisters please!).

A new year has began, the kids are heading back to school and we are finalising our plans to try and make your TimeTwisters experience even better. During the coming weeks and months we will be starting a number of new initiatives: from themed food weeks (think Italian, Thai, Indian, maybe even Egyptian!) to finally getting a loyalty card or membership scheme up and running.

On that subject, we have just started to launch a loyalty card for nurseries, that gives free play sessions for the kids and helps to raise money for the nurseries - so if you run a nursery or playgroup and are interested in participating, send us an email to info@timetwisters.co.uk and we’ll send you an information pack.

December 2007

Merry Christmas to all of our customers. We look forward to seeing you all over the festive holiday period

November 2007

Great news from VisitScotland. Following the quality assurance assessment carried out a couple of weeks ago, which looked in detail at every aspect of the TimeTwisters customer experience, TimeTwisters has been awarded a 4-Star rating.

This is the highest rating given to a children’s play centre in Scotland. This is a fantastic recognition of the quality that we have built into every aspect of TimeTwisters.

October 2007

The past few months have been pretty exciting! We have completed the assessment process for the healthylivingAward and have just received news that we have achieved the requirements for the award and will receive our certificate in the next few weeks.

We were even told that our new menu (which we introduced at the beginning of October) and the way we promote the healthyliving choices are now being used as examples of best practice for other award applicants!

A few days ago we were anonymously visited by an inspector from “Visit Scotland” to assess the quality of our facilities as part of their quality assurance programme. We’ll know in the next couple of weeks the outcome of the assessment, so keep your fingers crossed!

On Monday 29th October we held our annual Halloween Party. It was a great success! Everyone got into the spirit of the occasion and a lot of effort had been put into the fancy dress costumes.

The kids really had a great time - even the youngest guest - a 3-week old boy dressed as a skeleton seemed to be enjoying himself (he was very cute as well!). If you didn’t manage to come along this year, we hope to see you at next year’s event.
