TimeTwisters Ultimate Wrap:  We don’t call this the ultimate wrap for nothing!  Our fabulous hot chicken strips combined with fresh lettuce, peppers and cucumber with your choice of dressing (salsa, sour cream, sweet chilli, or mayo & yoghurt).  Packed into a large flour tortilla wrap and served with chips for a totally satisfying feast.

Chicken Strips & Chips:  Our very own hand-made breaded chicken strips (nothing but pure chicken breast with our uniquely crispy and delicious breadcrumb and tortilla coating) with fresh-cut chips cooked to perfection and served with a fresh side salad.

The Pharaoh Burger:  Our ultimate home-made burger is truly fit for a Pharaoh!  A quarter pound of prime lean beef lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection; stacked in a delicious multi-grain “pyramid” roll with fresh crisp lettuce, Virginia cure bacon, real cheese, ripe tomatoes, salsa (or guacamole) and jalapeños.

Crunchy Coated Fish:  Fresh fillet of Cod coated in our special TimeTwisters breadcrumb and tortilla coating and cooked to a perfect crunchy finish.  Served with chips and a side salad.

Home-made Chilli:  Delicious beef chilli made with the finest Scottish steak mince from the Buccleuch estate.  Fresh chillies provide a nice and spicy kick.  Served with fluffy boiled rice.

Quesadilla (pronounced keh-sah-dee-yah): An extra large flour tortilla wrap, folded over a generous filling of tender chicken pieces, shredded cheeses, diced peppers, grilled to perfection and served with Salsa and Sour Cream dips. – deliciously simple and simply delicious!

*NEW* Haggis Parcel:  Our delicious haggis wrapped in a light puff pastry parcel on a bed of potato, turnip and parsley mash and finished with our own wholegrain mustard cream sauce.  Why wait ‘till Burn’s Night to enjoy this mouthwateringly tasty meal?

Baked Potatoes: The humble Baked Potato gets the TimeTwisters treatment and becomes a fantastic filling meal for all the family. Adults get two medium size potatoes either on their own or full of your favourite fillings or there’s a half size portion for the kids. Both served with a portion of side salad. Mix and match our delicious homemade fillings to create your perfect potato.
