- Dates and times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days. After this time the date/time will be released and become available to others
- A booking becomes confirmed only once a completed booking form has been submitted along with the appropriate deposit amount.
- The booking form is the basis of the contract between you and TimeTwisters. Please ensure that all of the relevant details for your party are correct. If you later realise key information has been omitted or is incorrect, changes must be submitted in writing and TimeTwisters shall endeavour to accommodate such changes
- Once a booking is confirmed, Party Invitations will be available for collection or can be posted to you as appropriate.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless a party is canceled more than 6-weeks before the event, in which case a £25 cancellation fee shall apply
- You may request up to an extra 5 Party Invitations – in addition to the number of expected guests stated on the booking form.
- It essential that you contact TimeTwisters at least 72 hours before your party to confirm the details of your booking – number of children attending, food choices, and other optional enhancements. Confirmation in writing is preferable – either by normal post, or via email to party@timetwisters.co.uk, however, if confirming by telephone this is best done between Monday and Thursday
- If the number of guests on the day of the party differs from these confirmed numbers TimeTwisters reserves the right to make the following adjustments to the final amount payable:
If the total number of guests attending the party is less than the minimum numbers required (as defined on the booking form), the full price for the minimum number of guests is payable.
If the number of guests attending the party is less than the confirmed number (but greater than the minimum number as defined on the booking form), the non-attending guests will be charged at 50% of the full party price. This is to cover the costs incurred by TimeTwisters.
Additional guests will be charged at 10% more than the standard party price to cover the additional costs of preparing at the last minute for these extra guests.
- If the option for TimeTwisters to cut the cake has not been selected, TimeTwisters shall provide an appropriate knife for parents to cut the birthday cake in the party room (if required). Parents are requested to provide their own napkins, but not to bring their own cake knives onto the premises.
- TimeTwisters shall provide dedicated Party Assistants to help ensure the party goes smoothly. Depending on the overall size of the party, either one or two members of staff shall be assigned to the party. These members of staff are there to specifically assist the parents with the smooth running of the party.
- A double table and six chairs shall be assigned to each party group when they arrive at the centre. If available, additional tables can be set aside at a cost of 9.95 per table. For safety reasons, no more than 10 chairs are permitted at each double table.
